About the role
The Manager Internal Audit – Enabling Functions will lead audit activities for Transmission and Engineering sections, ensuring audits are planned, executed and reviewed in line with risk assessments and corporate standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, supervise and execute audits according to the approved annual audit plan.
- Develop audit programs, review work papers and ensure compliance with audit manuals and professional standards.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis of audit findings and prepare recommendations for management.
- Follow up on implementation of corrective actions and report progress to senior leadership.
- Coach and appraise audit team members, manage staff training and rotation.
Required profile
- Engineering degree (BE/ME/MS) from a recognized university.
- 5–8 years of experience in internal audit, preferably within transmission or engineering environments.
- Proven ability to manage audit teams, develop audit strategies and communicate findings effectively.
