Manager Marketing – Afternoon Shift

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to act as storyteller and brand ambassador for 10Pearls. The role will shape a consistent brand identity, drive integrated marketing strategies and position the company as a global innovation partner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine brand identity and voice across all channels.
• Lead integrated marketing strategy including digital, content, events and partnerships.
• Create thought‑leadership and storytelling content.
• Represent the company at industry events and media engagements.
• Collaborate with performance‑marketing teams for data‑driven campaigns.
• Work with design and content teams to produce marketing assets.
• Support business development with proposals and case studies.
• Manage website and digital brand presence.
• Track KPIs such as ROI, engagement and funnel performance.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Mentor marketing team members and oversee corporate communications.
• Coordinate with sales teams for client‑facing materials and build industry relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business (Master’s preferred).
• Proven track record in B2B marketing and brand management.
• Experience in technology, consulting or agency environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business narratives.
• Experience working with global markets (US, UK, Europe, MEA, LATAM) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, time‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
