Manager Sales - HoReCa/O&I

About the role

The Sales Manager for HoReCa/O&I will lead the development and execution of a business plan to grow sales and profit in the local market. You will work closely with store managers, district sales managers and regional operations to ensure the team meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan that identifies and understands local HoReCa markets.
• Achieve sales and profit objectives while building strong relationships with customers.
• Analyse weekly, monthly and quarterly sales results (turnover, margin, frequency, average ticket) and make data‑driven decisions.
• Collect and communicate customer demands, needs and expectations, proposing short‑term solutions with store and district managers.
• Survey the market, monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic actions.
• Participate in regular meetings with regional field operations, area managers and customer experience managers.
• Support customer portfolio selection and increase the number of new buying customers.
• Handle customer complaints, understand expectations and propose solutions.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to deepen relationships.
• Review and approve operational activities of team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within HoReCa or food‑service environments.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and drive improvements.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store, district and regional managers.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
