Manager Security & Market Safety

About the role

PMI is seeking a Manager Security & Market Safety to lead security and safety initiatives at its Manufacturing and Leaf sites in Sahiwal. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for security and market safety, supporting the affiliate’s leadership and ensuring compliance with regional regulations and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day security operations across Manufacturing and Leaf facilities, aligning with corporate strategy.
• Coordinate and implement security and market safety programs, risk‑management plans, and emergency response procedures.
• Monitor emerging threats, report risks to affiliate and regional leadership, and drive mitigation actions.
• Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and develop succession plans for the security team.
• Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders, local industry networks, and regional security teams.
• Provide coverage for senior security managers and ensure continuity during absences.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing security operations in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to lead teams, coach staff, and influence cross‑functional partners.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
