Manager – Technology & Cyber Risk Advisory

About the role

Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountants is seeking a Manager for its Technology & Cyber Risk Advisory practice in Karachi. The role leads audit and advisory engagements, helping clients strengthen their IT controls and cyber‑risk posture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end IT audit and advisory projects, from planning through reporting and client communication.
• Assess IT general controls, application controls, cybersecurity measures, cloud environments and emerging technologies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve client risk management and internal controls.
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives such as ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, NIST and COBIT.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
• Manage and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT audit, advisory, or cybersecurity, preferably with a Big 4 or consulting background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are highly preferred.
