About the role

Signifive Services is seeking a visionary Managing Director to lead its diversified business group across automobile, solar energy, hospitality, taxation, and e‑commerce divisions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape long‑term strategy and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business growth strategies.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all business divisions.
• Identify new market opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.
• Lead organizational planning, performance management, and continuous improvement.
• Build, mentor, and retain high‑performing teams.
• Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with corporate governance.
• Represent the company in external meetings and business engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10+ years of senior management or leadership experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven track record in business development and operations management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple functions within a diversified organization.
