Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager – Lahore/Sheikhupura

About the role

As the Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager for L’Oréal’s factory in Lahore/Sheikhupura, you will own the end‑to‑end material flow, ensuring the right products are available at the right time to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production and material planning cycles using SAP and MRP to guarantee uninterrupted material supply.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with raw‑material and packaging suppliers, coordinating with procurement to manage lead times and cost.
• Optimize inventory levels, reduce slow‑moving and obsolete stock, and improve cash flow while meeting DOC targets.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Manufacturing teams to ensure supply‑chain readiness for new product launches and promotions.
• Monitor key performance indicators, drive data‑based decisions, and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably with a supply‑chain focus.
• Extensive experience in production and materials planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Track record of inventory optimisation, waste reduction and supply‑chain performance improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive KPI‑based actions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP (including MRP functionality).
