Marketing Assistant Manager – Corporate Communications

About the role

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Assistant Manager to strengthen corporate communication and brand management. You will create compelling content for press releases, internal memos, and media responses, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, and edit content for corporate communication, including press releases, internal memos, and media responses.
• Support leadership and cross‑functional teams in crafting messaging that aligns with brand tone and business objectives.
• Manage corporate storytelling to enhance brand building, employer branding, and leadership positioning.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve brand visibility, reputation, and image.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns that position the company as an industry leader and socially responsible brand.
• Coordinate with media partners and PR agencies to secure timely media coverage and monitor brand exposure.
• Drive internal communication initiatives, creating newsletters, internal campaigns, and leadership messaging.
• Work with design, digital, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate communication or brand management.
• Strong storytelling and writing abilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
