Marketing Assistant – Textile Industry

About the role

Our client 1 World Dev is seeking a Marketing Assistant for its textile buying house in Lahore. This full‑time position offers the chance to support international buyer development, generate qualified leads, and help expand the company’s presence in global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential international textile and garment buyers, including importers, wholesalers, retailers, brands, and sourcing companies.
• Build and maintain an organized database of buyer contacts using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Support the sales team with qualified leads, detailed company information, and outreach via email and LinkedIn.
• Prepare professional marketing materials such as product presentations, catalogues, quotations, and company profiles.
• Assist with online presence by updating the website, posting on social media, and managing digital content.
• Track buyer interactions, outreach responses, and sales opportunities, and report progress to management.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, textile, or sourcing.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and ability to work hands‑on across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, digital content).
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable meeting targets.
