Marketing & Communication Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Marketing & Communication Specialist to support client delivery and marketing execution. Working remotely on a full‑time schedule (7 PM – 4 AM PST), you will translate strategy into action, keep projects on track, and ensure clear communication across client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and action items for client success.
• Track commitments, deadlines, open questions, and next steps; prepare meeting notes and follow‑up communications.
• Coordinate weekly client progress updates covering completed work, ongoing tasks, upcoming priorities, and required decisions.
• Maintain organized project documentation, trackers, and client folders; identify and raise risks or bottlenecks.
• Publish LinkedIn content, blog posts, website updates, and marketing campaigns; support referral campaigns, podcast outreach, and business‑development initiatives.
• Maintain content calendars, assist with formatting, scheduling, and distribution of assets.
• Support leadership with project organization, tracker maintenance, digital‑asset management, and process‑improvement recommendations.
