Marketing Communications & Digital Content Manager

About the role

ESCO – Electronic Security Company is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to own brand presence across digital, print, retail and event channels, and to run a monthly content production calendar that keeps surveillance and communication solutions visible to dealers, integrators and end‑clients across Pakistan. This hands‑on leadership role involves planning the calendar, briefing and reviewing designers, videographers and content writers, managing external vendors and ensuring all output is on‑brand and on‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly content calendar for brands (Hikvision, Bosch, ITC) aligned with seasonal trends, training schedules and product priorities.
• Produce social graphics, video assets and podcasts (40+ graphics, 12‑16 video/podcast assets monthly).
• Supervise website content, sliders, homepage animations and ensure SEO‑consistent product copy across e‑commerce catalog.
• Manage newsletters, EDM programmes and Google Business listings.
• Define and enforce brand guidelines across all print and digital assets; maintain company profile, executive bios and financial information.
• Plan and execute retail branding, print collateral and event materials for outlets, dealer displays and corporate events.
• Represent the company at media, public and corporate events and align communications with sales, technical and pre‑sales teams.
• Mentor junior marketing staff and manage external agencies, printers and production vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Visual Design.
• 35+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably B2B, technology or channel distribution environments.
• Proven ability to run a recurring content calendar and meet high monthly production volumes.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office to brief, review and correct creative work.
• Vendor and stakeholder management experience with strong organisational skills.
