Marketing Content Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Content Specialist will join Zantixx’s Lahore office to create and refine content that drives strategic messaging, lead generation, and executive positioning for B2B clients. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate positioning frameworks into compelling copy.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and edit website copy, email sequences, social media posts, thought‑leadership articles, and sales‑enablement assets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure content aligns with buyer journeys and industry specifics.
• Research target markets, buyer personas, and competitive landscapes to inform messaging.
• Optimize content for performance using basic marketing analytics and adjust based on results.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and track content effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong marketing content writing skills with a focus on campaign‑focused and audience‑specific messaging.
• Experience creating digital content for web, email, and social channels in a B2B demand‑generation context.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in an on‑site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; B2B or startup experience is a plus.
