Marketing Head and Outreach Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Head and Outreach Specialist will lead Idraak Holistic Development’s marketing, branding and community engagement initiatives from its Lahore campus. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing plans that attract students and strengthen the school’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Conduct market research to understand parent and student needs and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Plan and execute outreach initiatives, build relationships with schools, organizations and community partners.
• Coordinate events, open days and other promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and outreach efforts.
• Supervise the creation of marketing materials and ensure consistent messaging aligned with Idraak’s values.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in marketing management and market planning, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong market research abilities and experience in sales/enrollment‑focused activities.
• Public relations experience managing media interactions and community partnerships.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and uphold inclusive, child‑centered values.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Basic analytics skills for measuring campaign performance.
• Familiarity with branding and content development.
