Marketing Manager – Home Textiles

About the role

Sortitt is seeking a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of home‑textile products such as towels and bathrobes across the EU, UK, and USA markets. The role combines strategic planning, digital campaign execution, and partnership development to boost sales and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for home‑textile products in target regions.
• Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and online platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, trade‑show participation, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with product development and design teams to align marketing plans with product innovation.
• Monitor sales performance, marketing ROI, and create data‑driven improvement plans.
• Oversee marketing budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in home textiles, especially towels and bathrobes, within EU, UK, and USA markets.
• Strong understanding of international trade practices and buyer behavior.
• Proven ability to build long‑term relationships with international buyers and distributors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
