Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of both organic and paid marketing initiatives for Bulvar Global. This senior, hands‑on position is responsible for translating commercial goals into a cohesive marketing strategy, managing the budget, and overseeing external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own an integrated marketing strategy across organic and paid channels aligned with commercial objectives.
• Take full responsibility for the marketing budget, allocating spend and reallocating based on performance.
• Engage, brief, direct, and hold external agencies and partners to high standards.
• Set direction, coordinate delivery, and act as the single point of accountability for marketing performance.
• Use data‑driven measurement and attribution to guide decisions and prove ROI.
• Leverage AI tools to improve the quality, speed, and impact of marketing work.
• Work with CRM and marketing automation systems to execute campaigns and measure results.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with both paid and organic marketing channels.
• Proven ability to set strategy, direct execution, and evaluate output quality across channels.
• Experience owning and managing a marketing budget end‑to‑end, making investment decisions and proving returns.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in marketing data, attribution, and performance measurement.
• Comfortable making data‑backed decisions and being the single point of accountability for outcomes.
• Experience working with or directing external agencies/partners.
