Marketing Manager – Real Estate (Creative & Production)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate sector and hands‑on expertise in creative and production activities. The role will lead marketing campaigns, oversee creative direction, and manage on‑site production to support branding, lead generation and sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead the Creative & Production team, including designers, video editors, photographers and videographers.
• Plan, coordinate and execute on‑site shoots, walkthrough videos, promotional videos and other visual content.
• Create and approve creative concepts, scripts, graphics and campaign assets.
• Align marketing content with sales, digital marketing, CRM and market trends.
• Manage campaign performance, lead quality, CPL and other KPIs.
• Oversee external vendors, agencies and influencers when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proven experience managing creative and production teams.
• Strong hands‑on understanding of video production, photography and on‑site shoots.
• Excellent leadership, communication and planning skills.
