Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Officer to plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print and events. The role will work closely with internal teams, vendors and sales to deliver compelling content and drive brand performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign delivery with cross‑functional teams, external vendors and sales.
• Create creative concepts, copy and visual assets for social media, websites, email and promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage and optimise digital channels including social media, email marketing and SEO.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity and new opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and produce reports on ROI, conversion rates, reach and engagement.
• Plan advertising budgets, track expenses and record entries in SAP B1 HANA.
• Maintain relationships with customers, partners, influencers and other stakeholders.
• Handle day‑to‑day marketing operations, documentation and support senior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or campaign coordination.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
