Marketing & PR Manager

About the role

RAAHI, a premium Pakistani streetwear brand, is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Marketing & PR Manager to shape its public image and drive integrated marketing initiatives as it launches its first collection.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and collection‑specific marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
• Plan, launch and monitor product campaigns, manage budgets and timelines, and report performance insights.
• Design and implement a comprehensive public relations plan, building relationships with journalists, fashion editors, media houses and digital publications.
• Secure editorial coverage, interviews and media placements, and manage corporate communications.
• Identify, negotiate and oversee influencer, creator, celebrity and ambassador collaborations that align with RAAHI’s premium positioning.
• Plan and coordinate collection launches, press previews, pop‑up events, fashion shows and brand activations with premium lifestyle partners.
• Contribute to content planning, storytelling and creative direction for email marketing, social media and the website, ensuring brand consistency.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset.
• Experience in fashion, premium retail or lifestyle brand marketing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with founders, brand and creative teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets and timelines simultaneously.
