Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will drive Agha Atelier’s growth by planning and executing marketing initiatives that showcase the studio’s architecture and interior design projects. Based in Karachi, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with design and leadership teams to align marketing activities with the project pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns for digital and print media.
• Create marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and target audiences.
• Support sales outreach and manage client communications related to marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Organise promotional events and manage basic CRM tasks.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proficiency in market research and marketing strategy.
• Experience in sales support and relationship building.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, handle multiple tasks and collaborate in a fast‑paced studio environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with architecture, interior design or creative services marketing is a plus.
