About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing consulting and brand strategy firm that needs a Marketing Strategist to blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You will work directly with founders and senior leaders to shape positioning, thought leadership, visibility, and growth initiatives that deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Support thought‑leadership content across LinkedIn, newsletters, and the company website.
• Drive PR, media outreach, partnership development, and speaking opportunities.
• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Execute marketing initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership and manage multiple client workstreams.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, PR, Brand Strategy, or Growth Marketing.
• Strong understanding of positioning, messaging, and business strategy.
• Proven experience creating thought‑leadership and content strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Curiosity about AI‑powered marketing tools and emerging technologies.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
