About the role
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Mayo Soron Plant Operator to join its food production facility in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire mayonnaise manufacturing process, ensuring product quality, consistency, and compliance with safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the Soron Mayonnaise Plant according to production schedules.
- Prepare batches following established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and monitor process parameters.
- Perform routine cleaning of equipment and support basic troubleshooting.
- Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements throughout the production cycle.
Required profile
- Intermediate or DAE qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in mayonnaise, sauces, dressings, or related food processing operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mixing, emulsification, and food manufacturing processes.
