Medical Center Coordinator

About the role

The Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the Lahore Medical Centre, ensuring smooth service delivery and meeting revenue targets. This position bridges marketing, finance, and clinical teams to provide high‑quality, patient‑focused care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve volume and revenue goals for the centre.
• Plan and execute promotional activities such as health events, medical camps, and open‑house clinics.
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, radiology, laboratory and support services for seamless operations.
• Maintain service continuity during emergencies in collaboration with safety and security teams.
• Supervise financial processes, including cash handling, petty‑cash management and compliance with finance policies.
• Conduct random financial and inventory checks to ensure internal control compliance.
• Prepare staff duty rosters, overtime reports and monitor performance across all roles.
• Ensure 100% credentialing and documentation of doctors practising at the centre.
• Maintain facility standards through regular rounds and housekeeping coordination.
• Raise material stock and purchase requisitions, managing inventory of medical and consumable supplies.
• Collaborate with safety teams for environmental rounds, safety trainings and reporting.
• Participate in Quality Improvement forums and support action‑plan implementation.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with 4‑5 years of experience in the service industry.
• At least 2‑3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies.
