About the role

MED AIMED AI is seeking motivated fresh medical graduates to join its team as Medical Coder Trainees. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on training in medical coding, healthcare documentation, and the use of industry‑standard software, providing a solid foundation for a career in health‑care services.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify patient records and medical documentation for accuracy.
• Learn and apply medical coding standards and documentation processes.
• Assist senior team members with daily operational tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Use healthcare software and computer‑based systems to update records.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a degree in MBBS, DPT, Pharm‑DBD, SBS Nursing, or other healthcare‑related fields.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
