About the role
This hourly, remote contractor position involves reviewing AI‑generated medical responses and creating expert healthcare content. You will evaluate reasoning quality, fact‑check information, and provide precise written feedback to improve AI model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and model responses across diverse medical topics.
- Evaluate, rank, and compare AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and clinical reasoning.
- Test AI models for biases or inaccuracies and ensure reliability across use cases.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, or Allied Health.
- 5+ years of professional experience in nursing, public health, health sciences, or allied health.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills (differential diagnosis, risk stratification, red‑flag recognition) and ability to explain conclusions.
- Exceptional attention to detail for fact‑checking medical content and identifying unsafe assumptions.
- Minimum C1 English proficiency and ability to work remotely across time zones.
