Medical General Expert – Remote Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a Medical General Expert to work remotely on an hourly contractor basis. You will review AI‑generated medical responses, generate expert healthcare content, and provide detailed feedback to improve AI model reasoning and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and model responses across a wide range of medical topics, ensuring comprehensive coverage and nuanced understanding.
• Optimize AI performance by systematically evaluating, ranking, and providing feedback on AI‑generated answers to enhance accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Ensure model integrity by testing outputs for potential inaccuracies, biases, or unsafe recommendations, and validating reliability across diverse clinical scenarios.

Required profile

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine (MD/DO), Nursing, Public Health (MPH), Health Sciences, or an allied health field, with solid grounding in epidemiology, clinical medicine, and healthcare systems.
• At least five years of professional experience in nursing, public health, health sciences, or allied health, demonstrating strong clinical reasoning skills such as differential diagnosis, risk stratification, and red‑flag identification.
• Exceptional attention to detail for fact‑checking medical content, identifying unsafe assumptions, missing contraindications, or misinterpretation of tests, coupled with minimum C1 English proficiency.
