Medical Representative - Lahore

About the role

Wingrow Pharma is looking for a Medical Representative to support its pharmaceutical business in Lahore. The role builds professional relationships with healthcare providers and shares product information accurately and ethically, helping to strengthen product awareness and territory performance through consistent, well-planned customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Present approved product information to professionals across the assigned Lahore territory.
• Explain product features, indications and appropriate use in line with company guidance and applicable regulations.
• Develop and maintain productive professional relationships through regular, purposeful meetings.
• Plan daily call schedules and territory coverage, and achieve agreed activity and business objectives.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity, and share useful observations with the manager.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, follow-ups and territory activity, and submit reports on time.
• Attend product and compliance training and represent Wingrow Pharma professionally in the field.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, able to explain pharmaceutical information clearly and accurately.
• Relationship-building and professional listening skills for engaging doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to plan territory routes, schedule calls, prioritise follow-ups and meet activity goals.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products, healthcare settings and ethical promotional practices.
• Confidence in conducting in-person product discussions and answering questions.
• Accurate record keeping, timely reporting and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, resilient, professional and collaborative within a sales team.

Required skills

• Comfort using a smartphone and basic digital tools for communication and reporting.
