Medical Sales Representative

About the role

We are a CAP‑accredited medical laboratory seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to promote our diagnostic testing services to physicians, clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals. You will build relationships, educate providers on our capabilities, and drive new business across an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular in‑person visits to present laboratory services, explain benefits, and address client needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into active accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven success in outside sales; experience in medical, diagnostics, or healthcare sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical laboratory services and industry trends (preferred but not mandatory).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
