MEP Draftsman – AutoCAD & Revit Specialist

About the role

Our client is seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman with expertise in AutoCAD and Revit to produce detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings for construction projects. The role is fully remote and requires a strong understanding of BIM processes, plumbing systems, and HVAC design. You will work independently while collaborating closely with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD and Revit in line with project requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain accurate BIM data to support design and construction coordination.
• Interpret architectural and construction drawings to integrate MEP systems seamlessly.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between MEP components and structural elements.
• Prepare precise plumbing system layouts, including piping, fixtures, and related infrastructure.
• Apply proper dimensioning, annotations, and drafting conventions.
• Use Bluebeam or similar markup tools to review and revise drawings based on feedback.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems for version control and traceability.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on MEP drafting experience.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to company procedures.
• Strong English proficiency for reading technical documentation and communicating with stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
