About the role

Alpha Iota is seeking a motivated Meta Ads Launcher to support the setup, launch, and management of digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms. This remote, entry‑level position offers the chance to develop practical skills in campaign operations while working within a fast‑growing Southeast Asian team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, launching, and managing digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook) and other social networks.
• Ensure accurate implementation of campaign settings, tracking parameters, and backend configurations.
• Monitor campaign status, identify operational issues or discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
• Support routine campaign maintenance, including updates and adjustments based on internal requests.
• Prepare performance reports and maintain organized records for internal stakeholders.
• Execute campaign launches according to established guidelines and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.
• Perform ad‑hoc operational duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma, degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Highly responsive with effective communication during working hours.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable handling data, reports, and administrative tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English.

Required skills
