Meta Ads Specialist – E‑commerce

About the role

Winora is looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to drive growth for its e‑commerce sites through performance‑focused paid social campaigns. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Pakistan, working closely with the wider marketing team to boost customer acquisition, revenue and ROAS.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise Meta advertising campaigns for e‑commerce products and offers.
• Build campaign structures, audiences, retargeting flows, budgets, bidding strategies and conversion objectives.
• Analyse key metrics such as spend, impressions, CTR, cost per purchase, conversion rate, revenue and ROAS.
• Collaborate with creative and e‑commerce teams to refresh ad concepts, copy, product angles and promotional messaging.
• Identify and resolve tracking, attribution, feed and landing‑page issues that may impact performance.
• Prepare clear performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for e‑commerce businesses.
• Strong understanding of Ads Manager, campaign objectives, conversion events, audiences, retargeting and budget allocation.
• Ability to analyse funnel performance and optimise towards purchases, revenue and ROAS.
• Working knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager and catalog campaigns.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards and analytics tools for data interpretation.
• Excellent attention to detail in campaign setup, naming conventions and reporting.
• Clear written communication and ability to work independently in a remote team.
