About the role
Car Removals Sydney 360 is hiring an experienced, performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist for a full-time position in Karachi. The role suits someone who understands paid advertising beyond campaign setup and has a proven track record of generating quality leads.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Develop lead generation strategies focused on high-quality leads and competitive cost per lead
- Build and manage conversion funnels
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements and campaign strategies
- Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven improvements
- Manage budgets, allocate spend and scale successful campaigns
- Set up, monitor and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API and event tracking
- Integrate lead data with CRM platforms and build retargeting strategies for custom audiences
- Work with designers and video editors on ad creatives, and prepare performance reports
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience
- Proven ability to generate quality leads
- A Meta Ads portfolio is mandatory; applications without one will not be considered
