Microsoft Hybrid Infrastructure System Administrator

About the role

Jaffer Business Systems (JBS) is looking for an experienced Microsoft Hybrid Infrastructure System Administrator to manage and support enterprise Microsoft environments across on‑premises and cloud platforms. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical support, ensuring stability, security, and performance of critical IT systems for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and manage endpoint devices, ensuring compliance and security.
• Deliver end‑user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools.
• Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Handle user account provisioning, licensing, identity and access management, and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot service issues and incidents, meeting agreed SLA targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and deliver timely incident resolution.
