Mid-level On-site Videographer – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Videographer to join our team in Quetta on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting and producing high-quality video content that supports marketing campaigns and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment for a variety of shooting environments.
• Capture video according to creative briefs, ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Organise, catalogue and manage raw footage throughout the production cycle.
• Edit video, perform colour correction and basic sound cleanup using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to align visuals with project objectives.
• Maintain safe equipment-handling practices and stay updated on emerging video-production trends.

Required profile

• Mid-level experience in end-to-end video production for digital platforms or marketing content.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on-site in Quetta.
• Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, communications, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Camera operation and handling across diverse shooting conditions.
• Lighting setup for consistent visual quality.
• Video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Basic colour correction.
• Audio capture and basic sound cleanup using microphones.
