Mobile Engineer (iOS & Android)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Engineer to build native iOS and Android applications that bring Systato’s AI teammates to real‑estate agents on the go.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) applications from the ground up.
• Create seamless AI interactions, including real‑time streaming responses, voice input, push notifications, and offline‑capable workflows.
• Integrate native platform features such as camera for document scanning, contacts for CRM sync, calendar integration, location services, and push notifications.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and ship mobile features in a small, fast‑moving team.
• Collaborate with backend and AI teams to define and consume APIs, ensure real‑time data sync, and deliver a cohesive cross‑platform experience.
• Build specific features such as a mobile document scanner with AI extraction, real‑time AI chat, proactive notifications, and an offline knowledge base.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of native mobile development experience.
• Proven experience shipping iOS apps in Swift and Android apps in Kotlin.
• Familiarity with modern mobile architectures (MVVM, Compose, SwiftUI).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, real‑time data (WebSockets/SSE), and mobile networking best practices.
• Attention to polished, intuitive mobile UX.
