Mobile Phone Training Officer

About the role

Palmpay Pvt Ltd is seeking a Mobile Phone Training Officer to design and deliver training programmes for mobile phone dealers, shopkeepers and other industry stakeholders. The role focuses on merchant acquiring and customer relationship training to strengthen the company’s network and improve business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps among mobile phone dealers and shopkeepers.
• Develop and deliver customised training modules on merchant acquiring processes and customer relationship management.
• Use Learning Management Systems to organise materials, track progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Train promoters and business development staff to expand market reach and enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training content with company goals and industry standards.
• Assess trainee performance through tests and practical evaluations, providing feedback and coaching.
• Stay updated on mobile phone industry trends to keep training programmes relevant.
• Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance and outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum three years experience in the mobile phone sector.
• At least two years of experience delivering training within the mobile phone industry.
• Proactive, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with merchants and trainees.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
