About the role

Join a fast‑paced, performance‑driven team handling Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) inquiries. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, verify accident details, and qualify leads for further processing.

Key responsibilities

Answer up to 400 calls per day, providing empathetic guidance to claimants.
Gather, verify, and accurately document accident information in the system.
Qualify leads and route cases to internal or external partners.
Maintain call quality standards and meet daily performance targets.
Follow compliance, privacy guidelines, and update records promptly.
Participate in coaching sessions and adhere to scripts and workflows.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of call‑center experience.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Confident, professional phone presence.
Ability to work efficiently during night shifts.
Strong persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
