MTO Sales Representative – Karachi

About the role

The MTO Sales role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Karachi. You will be responsible for driving new business by promoting Jubilee Life’s life insurance solutions and delivering high‑quality customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients.
• Present and explain life insurance products to match client needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and handle inquiries.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare basic sales reports and coordinate with sales management on campaigns.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques and compliance.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.
• Willingness to learn and apply new sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Basic understanding of financial services or insurance products is an advantage.
• Professional ethics and ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
