About the role

We are seeking a Remote Coding Expert with multi‑language proficiency to help shape the next generation of AI models. In this contractor position you will evaluate and refine coding challenges that train AI systems across sectors such as finance, healthcare, and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, review, and validate multi‑language coding challenges and their solutions used in technical interviews.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve code quality to align with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal AI and engineering teams to enhance AI‑generated interview material.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback on code correctness, performance, and maintainability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI training data through precise coding evaluations.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go, with an emphasis on clean, maintainable code.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to develop and integrate APIs while following testing and QA standards.
• Commitment to writing clear documentation and adhering to clean‑code standards.
