Multilingual Customer Support Representative – English & Korean

About the role

Edge is looking for a multilingual customer support professional to handle inbound and outbound phone operations for US insurance policyholders. The primary focus is on English‑language interactions, with additional support in Korean when needed. This remote position serves a global talent network connecting Pakistani agents with US clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place customer phone calls with professionalism, empathy, and adherence to compliance guidelines.
• Provide primary support to English‑speaking customers and assist in Korean as required.
• Process policy servicing requests, resolve issues, and accurately document interactions in CRM/agency management systems.
• Navigate multiple client systems simultaneously while maintaining call quality.
• Follow established client workflows, call‑handling procedures, and US business‑hour schedules.

Required profile

• Located in Islamabad, Lahore, or Rawalpindi with a reliable work‑from‑home setup.
• Fluent spoken and written English plus Korean (or other listed language combinations).
• Minimum 1–2 years of call‑center or phone‑support experience; US insurance experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work US business hours across staggered 24/5 shifts, including occasional weekends.
• Tech‑savvy with ability to manage multi‑system workflows efficiently.
