National Sales Manager - FMCG Personal Care

About the role

Esencia International, an FMCG company behind the personal care and skincare brand Skinza sold across Pakistan, is hiring a National Sales Manager in Karachi to lead its sales growth nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own national sales targets and build the plan to hit them
• Manage and grow the distributor network across Pakistan and onboard new distributors in untapped cities
• Lead and coach the sales team, including area managers and sales officers
• Drive growth in general trade (retailers, wholesalers) and modern trade (supermarkets, chains)
• Negotiate listings, trade terms and shelf visibility with key accounts
• Track secondary sales, stock levels and market coverage and act on gaps quickly
• Plan trade promotions and work with marketing on launches and in-store activations
• Report on sales performance, forecasts and competitor activity to leadership

Required profile

• 7-10 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or national leadership role
• Experienced Regional Sales Managers will be given priority
• Experience in personal care, cosmetics or skincare is a strong plus
• Proven track record of managing distributors and growing sales across multiple regions
• Strong relationships in general and modern trade
• Comfortable with sales reports and forecasting
• Willingness to travel across Pakistan
