NDT Lead – Lead NDT Services

About the role

Lead and manage Bureau Veritas Pakistan’s NDT service line, driving both conventional and advanced inspection capabilities to meet market needs and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage BV Pakistan’s NDT service line (conventional & advanced).
• Establish and expand NDT capabilities aligned with market needs.
• Ensure development and approval of NDT procedures and inspection methodologies.
• Deliver high‑quality inspection services in compliance with international standards.
• Drive operational excellence, project delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Support business growth by developing new service offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of NDT experience.
• NDT Level III certification (ASNT/PCN or equivalent) covering UT, ET, RT, MT, PT, VT.
• BE degree.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills, able to manage multi‑site operations and high‑pressure shutdown projects.

Required skills

• Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Eddy Current Testing (ET), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Visual Testing (VT).
• Advanced NDT techniques such as PAUT, TOFD, MFL, Guided Wave Testing.
• Heat exchanger tube inspection and integrity assessment.
• Knowledge of codes & standards: ASME, API, ISO 9712, SNT‑TC‑1A.
• Developing, reviewing, and approving NDT procedures and inspection plans.
