Network Engineer – 2-3 Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking a Network Engineer with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, systems administration, or network administration. The role involves managing virtual and physical infrastructure, supporting end‑users, and ensuring the health of servers, networks and backup systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage VMware ESXi hosts and virtual machines.
• Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD synchronization, and Exchange 2019.
• Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and VoIP systems.
• Monitor server, network, firewall, storage, and backup health.
• Perform backups, restore testing, patching, and disaster recovery support.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and joiner/leaver processes.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, and peripherals.
• Maintain IT asset records, documentation, and service‑desk tickets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant IT support, system administration, or network administration experience.
• CCNA and MCSA/MCSE or equivalent certification preferred.
