Night Clinical Trials QA Associate

About the role

Minerva Research Solutions is seeking a Night Clinical Trials QA Associate to support patient enrollment for active clinical studies. The role involves screening prospective volunteers, maintaining study databases, and ensuring high‑quality documentation in compliance with FDA and GCP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews and screenings for prospective US study participants.
• Maintain an organized database of volunteers in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to boost participant recruitment.
• Interact with participants via phone, SMS, and other channels.
• Collaborate with medical staff (CRCs) to meet recruitment targets.
• Maintain study documentation, including consent forms and volunteer records.
• Assist in sales, marketing, and outreach activities as needed.
• Provide accurate study‑related information to participants.
• Foster a safe, positive, and fast‑paced work environment.
• Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in BDS or Pharm‑D.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a relevant clinical‑trial or enrollment role.
• Good knowledge of clinical‑trial processes and FDA/GCP regulations.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency; US accent preferred.
• Computer literate with solid MS Office skills.
