NOC Engineer – 24/7 Network Operations Center

About the role

Mobiz is seeking a mid‑level NOC Engineer to join its 24×7 Network Operations Center. You will monitor, triage, and resolve infrastructure incidents across cloud, network, server, and endpoint environments for a portfolio of managed‑services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor client infrastructure using RMM tools and Azure Monitor dashboards throughout assigned shifts.
• Acknowledge, categorize, and prioritize alerts, applying run‑book procedures and creating detailed ServiceNow tickets.
• Perform initial and intermediate triage to determine scope, impact, and root‑cause direction before escalation.
• Execute routine health checks, backup verification, patch status reviews, and capacity monitoring.
• Maintain full shift awareness of open incidents, scheduled maintenance, and active change records.
• Own P1 and P2 incidents from acknowledgement through resolution, coordinating with engineering teams as needed.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in network operations or IT infrastructure monitoring.
• Ability to own incident investigations end‑to‑end and document actions to professional standards.
• Strong technical judgment and effective communication with senior engineers and managers.
