NOC Manager

About the role

The NOC Manager will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the bank’s IT and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and rapid incident response in a 24/7 banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network and system performance using tools such as Zabbix.
• Identify, log, and respond to infrastructure alerts and incidents promptly.
• Perform initial troubleshooting of network and system issues and escalate when necessary.
• Manage incident and service tickets in accordance with SLA and ITIL processes.
• Support networking activities including TCP/IP checks and connectivity verification.
• Maintain clear documentation, shift handover notes, and compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Networking.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in enterprise or banking environments.
• Ability to work in rotational or shift‑based schedules.

Required skills

• CCNA certification (or equivalent networking knowledge).
• ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL incident management.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools such as Zabbix.
• Experience with WhatsApp Gold or similar communication tools for incident coordination.
