About the role
This remote, hourly contractor position involves working as a Nurse Specialist or Nurse Practitioner Subject Matter Expert to review and create AI‑generated clinical content. You will evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, ensure safety and accuracy, and provide detailed feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Create detailed prompts and gold‑standard answers aligned to your nursing specialty.
- Evaluate, rank, and improve AI responses for correctness, safety, clarity, and relevance.
- Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations, and bias, ensuring reliability across patient populations.
Required profile
- NP/APRN (or equivalent) with active licensure/registration in at least one jurisdiction.
- 5+ years nursing experience, including 2+ years in an advanced practice or specialist role.
- Strong clinical reasoning, medication safety judgment, and attention to detail for fact‑checking.
Required skills
- Advanced clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis.
- Medication safety assessment and contraindication evaluation.
- High‑level English proficiency (minimum C1).
