About the role
Haleon is seeking a motivated O2C Credit Controller to join its finance team. You will manage the credit control function for strategic customers, ensuring timely payments while maintaining strong relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers and set appropriate limits.
- Monitor accounts, identify risks, and chase overdue invoices.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, negotiate payment plans, and allocate cash receipts.
- Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts, bad‑debt provisions, and credit performance.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support vendor document validation.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in order‑to‑cash or credit control.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, especially handling large data sets.
