About the role
The Administrator will ensure the smooth, efficient functioning of our Peshawar office. This full‑time, on‑site position supports daily operations, manages records, and assists staff and clients with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and maintain physical and digital records.
- Handle correspondence, schedule appointments and meetings.
- Support staff with documentation, reporting and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including client intake processes.
- Prepare basic reports and monitor office supplies.
- Assist leadership with routine operational tasks and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and record‑keeping abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliability, integrity and discretion with confidential information.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in individual, family or community services is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, social sciences, management or related field preferred.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Peshawar and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office software such as word processing.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets.
- Proficiency with email applications.
- Basic database management.
