Position Summary
Responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, providing hospitality support, handling routine errands, and assisting with basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office, pantry, and meeting areas.
• Serve refreshments to staff, management, and visitors.
• Manage pantry and routine office supplies.
• Handle couriers, documents, and official deliveries.
• Perform office errands and purchase routine supplies as required.
Requirements
• Minimum Matric; Intermediate preferred.
• Honest, punctual, reliable, and well-mannered.
• Able to follow instructions and work efficiently.
