Office ChildCare Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and morally exemplary Office ChildCare Assistant to manage our in‑house daycare at the Lahore office. You will create a safe, healthy, and fun environment where children can thrive while supporting the needs of our staff.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake creative and educational activities that develop language, cognitive and motor skills.
• Communicate politely with children and teach courteous behaviours.
• Read to and with the children.
• Plan and supervise rest, bed and nap times.
• Maintain a cleaning routine to keep interactive areas sanitary and safe.
• Notify parents in emergencies and keep HR informed.
• Schedule children’s activities and share monthly plans with HR.
• Supervise and monitor children’s safety throughout the day.
• Ensure childcare supplies and equipment are available and functional, reporting maintenance needs to HR.

Required profile

• High school diploma; additional training in early childhood development or a Montessori diploma is a plus.
• Proven childcare experience, preferably in an office setting.
• First aid certification is a plus.
